Here, we offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where women can focus on their personal health and well-being. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or looking to enhance your strength and confidence, our space is dedicated to helping you connect with your body in a way that feels empowering and energising. With individualised attention and expert guidance, our goal is to make movement enjoyable and fulfilling for every client, every step of the way.

Our Services

ASSESSMENT

A comprehensive assessment of your past medical history, movement history, and goals. We determine your baseline and we discuss a sustainable movement plan for you to progress towards your goals.

1:1 COACHING

You will work 1:1 with our Accredited Exercise Physiologist. We will work together to find sustainable and safe ways for you to move. We will guide you towards achieving your goals with a plan designed specifically for you.

SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING

A movement session designed for you and 3 others with the guidance of our Accredited Exercise Physiologist. We will design a sustainable class plan for you and your teammates to reach your goals.

Hello I'm Katie

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP, AES, ESSAm)

I help women build a positive relationship with movement. I use a holistic approach to guide women towards a sustainable movement plan that promotes improved health outcomes in every aspect of their lives. 

I understand every client has different preferences and goals. I work with each of my clients to determine their goals and movement plan in a client-centered approach. 

I help women reclaim their fitness journey without the intimidation often associated with traditional fitness approaches. 

Special interest areas: 

  • Menopause 

  • Pre and Post Natal 

  • Pelvic floor health 

  • Hypermobility spectrum disorders / POTS
