Hello I'm Katie
Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP, AES, ESSAm)
I help women build a positive relationship with movement. I use a holistic approach to guide women towards a sustainable movement plan that promotes improved health outcomes in every aspect of their lives.
I understand every client has different preferences and goals. I work with each of my clients to determine their goals and movement plan in a client-centered approach.
I help women reclaim their fitness journey without the intimidation often associated with traditional fitness approaches.
